Short description

One-bedroom apartment (53 sq.m) with a terrace is offered for rent in Melia Resort, Ravda (Bulgaria). The sandy beach is 200 metres away. Close is the urban infrastructure. The area is fenced and guarded around the clock.

The apartment is located on the first floor. The large terrace (10 sq.m) opens onto a flowered garden with a swimming pool for adults and children. Exit to the terrace is available from both rooms. On site: playground and a barbecue area. The apartment is fully furnished; the bedroom includes a double bed, a wardrobe, and a bedside table; the living room includes a corner sofa, a kitchen table, a kitchenette with breakfast bar. The bathroom has a water heater, a toilet, a sink, and a shower stall. The property is air-conditioned. All appliances (ceramic hob, microwave oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board), dishes, and linens are provided. Guests also use outdoor furniture on the terrace: a table and two chairs.

The peninsula, where the Old Town of Nessebar is situated, and Sunny Beach are a 25-minute walk away.
