Three-room apartment for rent in Sarafovo, city of Burgas, in immediate proximity to the beach. The apartment is located in Sarafovo Residence holiday hotel. The complex has a reception, restaurant and lobby bar, two outdoor pools, children's pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness centre, children's outdoor playground, children center, mini-golf, outdoor parking.
The apartment is on the first floor. Its area is 117,78 sq.m + 14,39 sq.m. ideal parts. Layout: entrance hall, living room with kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, large terrace overlooking the pools of the complex. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.
Sarafovo attracts with its location in a big city, and at the same time, remoteness from the noise. Here is the largest airport on the Bulgarian coast of the Black sea, a wide beach strip 4 km long, covered with fine sand. The average temperature of sea waters is higher compared to other sea resorts, but because of its location on the Burgas Bay sea bottom is almost flat.
