Short description

One-bedroom apartment is offered for rent in Fort Noks Orchid, Sunny Beach (no washing machine). Orchid is the greenest residential and holiday complex at the resort. The apartment accommodates four persons. A large loggia. WiFi and satellite TV.

The property features round-the-clock security, guarded parking, playgrounds, fitness center, 3 children's and 6 adult pools. On site: cafe, clinic, and shop. The sea is 15 minutes walk away. The resort center is 10 minutes walk away. Across the road is a large water park, a market, and supermarket MM. There is a bridge with an elevator for safe crossing the road.

Windows and balcony overlook a children's pool. The apartment is fully equipped: furniture (double bed, double sofa bed, closet, etc.), bed linen (5 sets), towels, kitchen furniture with electric cooker, kitchenware, electric kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator, iron, hairdryer. The bathroom has an electric boiler. The laundry can be handed over to the management company.

Families with 2 kids from 4 years are welcome. Rent from 10 days or more. I'm the owner, Alexander from Moscow.
