Two-room apartment (studio) with total area 50 sq. m in Bulgaria, Sunny beach, Sea Diamond residential complex, is for rent. Located 535 metres from the beach, near the center of Sunny beach.
There is the town of Nesebar 950 metres away, and restaurants, bars, discos, shops are only 500 metres away.
The infrastructure is well developed – everything is within walking distance, there is a grocery store in the complex, the bus stop is near, and there is the best beach - Cacao Beach!
At your disposal are: a spacious lobby with reception, pool with pool-bar, sun loungers and parasols, a fitness room, a grocery store. The complex has its own car parking, and it is guarded around the clock.
Two-room studio consists of a bedroom and a living room with kitchen.
2-nd floor of 5 total (with elevator).
Furniture: the bedroom has a double bed, the living room - a sofa-bed, kitchen set, dining table with chairs, fridge.
Also available: ironing board, washing machine, multi-cooker, kettle, tableware.
There is Internet at the front desk.
The apartment is for rent for the first time. Everything is new.
Apartment is available for rent from beginning of May till the end of October, a minimum period is 7 days.
