Short description

This apartment is located on the guarded territory of the modern complex ELITE IV with two swimming pools (adult and children), Playground and pool bar. Parasols and sun loungers by the pool free of charge.

The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with household appliances. There are sets of bed linen and towels. Internet on request, 7 euros /month.

Distance to the sea 500 meters. Cacao beach — one of the best in Sunny beach. The beaches are well maintained, cleaned everyday. Breakfast and lunch in cafes or restaurants by the sea.

Nearby grocery stores, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. In addition, there is an outdoor restaurant on site. The complex is very advantageously placed between the centre of Sunny beach with lots of attractions and historical town of Nessebar. Bus stop is 1-2 minutes walk.

The complex has underground Parking, for rent- €5/day, long-term lease is possible to negotiate a discount.

Additional charge for electricity (50 Euro/month) and water on the counter (estimated at 2.3 levs/cubic m).
