Short description

A new studio apartment of 32 sq.m is offered for rent in the gated holiday complex Sunny View Central 2. The property is situated in the elite western area of Sunny Beach. The best Cacao Beach is only 500 meters away! All necessary infrastructure for your comfortable stay and holiday is near: best restaurants, trendiest bars and clubs, as well as supermarkets, shops, pharmacies etc. The property features large green areas, two swimming pools, one children's pool, a lobby bar, a reception desk, free parking, security.

The studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor, has a balcony, air-conditioning, kitchenette, crockery, refrigerator, washing machine; all furniture and appliances are new. The apartment also features safe box, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, microwave oven, toaster, bedding, towels (and beach towels), beach umbrella. A cot and a high chair are provided. There is free Wi-Fi and digital TV.

The studio apartment is suitable for a comfortable stay of two people, or two adults and one child. You can smoke on the balcony. All our guests staying 10 days or more get a gift: a bottle of wine and a fruit plate!
