Apartment on the 7th floor: bedroom with 2 double bed, kitchen-Studio with sofa 2-sleeper sofa, bathroom with exclusive bath, two balconies with views on three sides. Private Elevator.

Housing is furnished with quality furnishings. The bedroom updated this season. All appliances, utensils and linens available. The split system operates in each room. Electricity is charged separately by the meter.

On site pool with children's section, free sun loungers and parasols, free Wi-Fi, a restaurant and a bar. Hour security area.

A 10-minute walk away a water Park. The sea and various attractions and entertainments, and on the way to the sea, tennis court and mini Golf.

In adjacent buildings there is a pharmacy, several shops, including economic, near two grocery market with high-quality organic vegetables, fruit and wine, exchange offices.

Near good selection of restaurants and cafes, modern shopping center.

The road from Burgas airport takes approximately 25 minutes and will cost about 30€ (approximately 60 Lev).

For guests arriving by car there is paid Parking (see photo).
