A self-catering apartments of 51 sq.m is offered for rent on the 2nd floor of the Avalon Hotel. The beach is 400 metres or 5 minute walk away. The property offers free parking. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the pool. Transfer service from Burgas Airport costs €20. WiFi costs €1/day.

The apartment is suitable for comfortable holiday for young people, families and senior people. Bed linen and towels are provided. Water and electricity are included into the price only during the summer season.

The place is not noisy and near the center. The bus stop is just 100 metres away, and regular free bus goes to the Aqua Park. A five minute walk away is the main tourist avenue of Sunny Beach featuring restaurants, bars and souvenir shops. Nessebar is 3 km away. This town is protected by UNESCO. 400 metres away is the beach 8 km long with fine sand and gently sloping bottom. Sun loungers and parasols are provided for a fee.

The owners are always near and available to solve all questions, advise on shopping, recommend the best entertainment.

Guests pay electricity and water on meter from October 1 to May 1.
