Next to the sea. The complex "Elite 4" is located in a quiet area in the South-Western part of Sunny Beach, cacao beach (50 meters) and 200m. the beach is Cocoa beach. Next stop supermarket, restaurants, cafes. In the complex: - fenced the whole area, a large swimming pool with children's section, Playground, restaurant, security guard, underground Parking, bar and Jacuzzi on the roof (we have our own keys from the roof).
Studio 80 meters with balcony, up to 6 persons with a sleeping and kitchen area. Bunk bed for children or adults, a sofa double and leather sofa, double sofa bed, plus a cot-transformer, can be collected. A fully equipped kitchenette with all necessary furniture and utensils (refrigerator, stove, dishes, microwave, range hood, electric kettle), air conditioning, balcony, cable TV, 2 bathrooms with shower cubicle, washing machine and iron etc.
