Short description

Complex "Laguna" is located in the North-Western part of Sunny beach, 400 metres from the wide sandy beach. From the complex to the sea only 8-10 minutes walk away.

To the centre 20 minutes walk. Nearby there is a bus stop, providing easy access to St. Nessebar (10 min.) and Nessebar is a very beautiful old town (20 min.).

The complex is a swimming pool with children's section (sun loungers and parasols free of charge) and tent with vegetables and fruit.

2-5 minute walk to grocery stores, 5 minutes to the convenience store with prepared take-away food. Restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, currency exchange.

In the Studio, sleeps 4, has a large double bed (safely fit three of us with 7 year old daughter) and a convertible sofa polutorospalnye.

Kitchen with all necessary utensils; stove, microwave, kettle, fridge, washing machine, boiler, air conditioning, iron, tricuspid wardrobe, dresser, bed linen. TV with Russian and foreign channels (satellite TV). There is a big loggia (9 sqm), on which stands a table with chairs and a sunbed (the day break). Sun-day is only on the loggia, the room misses. Things dry fast, and at the same time, the room is not hot. In the past year, the rest until 17 July and the air conditioning was included only 1 time.

The Studio is situated in a quiet location. At the same time to the boardwalk with entertainment and a lot of cafes - 8 minutes.

We have the widest beach in Sunny beach. Convenient entrance to the sea.
