В дворике бассейн с лягушатником, кафе, зона отдыха, зеленые насаждения.

Цивилизация - кафе, рестораны, магазины, аптеки, гипермаркет "Пенни" рядом, но не шумно, а тихо и споконо, окна выходят на природу, можно любоваться закатом. Два балкона, лоджия.

Море 10 минут пешком по деревянному настилу.

Старинный город Несебр 20 минут пешей прогулки по эспланаде по берегу моря.
