Two magnificent adjacent studio apartments (60 sq.m each) are located next to each other in a stairwell. They are perfect for a holiday with friends (4 + 2) and for families with kids. Both studios can be rented separately, as an option for families. They are located on the second sea line, a 2 minute walk to the beach, 100 meters. There is a lawn in front of the beach, a pedestrian area where kids can play or you can rest on the loungers if you don't want to walk on the sand.
Each of the studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay, a kitchenette fitted with all necessary appliances. Each of the studio safely accommodates a family of 2 adults and 1 child. Combination bathroom. The second studio apartment is completely identical: 2 adults + 1 child.
The building creates a space — almost closed from outside — in the center of which are restaurants, playgrounds, swimming pools (including a shallow wading pool). The property features a beach with a shallow entrance for kids, a trampoline and a cafe bar. Restaurants for all tastes (Russian, Bulgarian, Mediterranean cuisine, sushi bar) are situated within easy reach.
