Prepayment is an amount of the first payment; a Guest pays it on the website. It is usually equal to the amount of 'non-refundable deposit'. In case the Host cannot accept the money on the spot, the Host sets 100% prepayment, so as, after Guest's arrival, to receive all the money from V.P.U.T. company. This does not affect the amount of non-refundable deposit.

Short description

Apartment No. 2 (70 sq.m) on the second floor is offered for rent on the street Republikanska 55. The beach is 30 meters away.

The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, an LCD-TV, air-conditioning, and a terrace.

The living room has a large corner deluxe sofa, which can folded out and can serve as an additional double bed, another LCD TV with DVD player, another air-conditioner, and a terrace.

Guests can use the kitchenette with appliances: washing machine, ceramic hob, built-in oven, cooking hood, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils (plates, tea set, glass sets, wine glasses), set of pans, a pot, cutlery, dining table and four chairs.

An iron and an ironing board, a clothes dryer, bed linen and towels for all beds are provided. The bathrooms are equipped with high-quality European bathroom fitment and shower stalls, a hairdryer. Water heaters, safety deposit box, and Wi-Fi are also provided.

If necessary, we provide an extra folding bed for a fifth person, which is charged for EUR 10.

Maximum accommodation is 2+2+1. The price includes accommodation for four persons.
