The apartment is located in SEA VIEW residential complex, St Vlas resort.
SEA VIEW complex is located in the southern part of St Vlas, only 150 m from the beach (5-minute walk), as well as:
- 900 m from VIP yacht-club – Marina-Dinevi,
- 2,5 km from the center of Sunny Beach resort,
- 6 km from Nesebr,
- 35 km from Burgas.
Small and cozy residential complex gives you calmness and quietness for your vacation and staying.
Interior:
The flat with total area 56 sq.m consists of a bedroom and a sitting-room combined with kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished. There is a good double bed in the bedroom and a folding sofa in the sitting-room. As well as air-conditioning, cable television, bathroom with shower / lavatory. The kitchen is equipped with domestic appliances (refrigerator, cooker with four rings, oven, exhauster, tableware, washing machine).
The flat is located on the 2-nd floor; it also has a view on the swimming pool. There is a balcony.
There is a lift in the building.
Infrastructure: there is an outdoor swimming pool, parking, year-round security on the complex area. Within walking distance: OLIMP complex, Siyana supermarket with a beautiful garden and sea view, bus stop. The complex is very conveniently located.
There are a lot of cafes, cozy restaurants, shops and other different attractions near the residential complex; they will make your vacation interesting and unforgettable.
