Short description

Сдаю прекрасные трехкомнатные апартаменты в Святом Власе в жилом комплексе Sun Coast Resort. Меблированные апартаменты непосредственно на берегу моря (50 метров), общая площадь - 104,6 кв. м.

В квартире: две раздельные спальни, большая гостиная-студия, объединенная с кухней (микроволновка, стиральная машина, холодильник, эл. плита, вытяжка), санузел (душевая кабина, умывальник, биде), большая терраса (балкон). Удобства: современная мебель, гарнитур в гостиной из натуральной кожи, кондиционеры, телевизор.

Есть собственный пляж,бассейн и бесплатная парковка.

Небольшой, уютный комплекс расположен в бальнеологической зоне (между морем и горой) - прекрасное место на первой линии моря между двумя дорогими, престижными отелями Dolce Vita и Etara, рядом с яхтенным причалом Марина Диневи. В районе развитая инфраструктура (магазины, спа-салоны, рестораны, кафе). Обзорный, круговой вид на море и на горы. Святой Влас – курорт недалеко от Солнечного берега, но гораздо более респектабельный и тихий.

Особенности:
