Two-room apartment in the guarded residential complex COASTAL DREAMS located in Sveti Vlas, 30 km from Bourgas Airport, close to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. There is a bus stop 300 metres from the property. There are supermarkets and all necessary infrastructure in St Vlas.

Apartment with an area of 68 sq.m. is located on the 1st floor, it has sea views. There is an exit to the balcony from the bedroom.
