Short description

A cozy two-room apartment for rent in Sveti Vlas. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a seven-storey building. It consists of a bedroom, kitchen with living room, hallway, bathroom and balcony. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers for clothes. The living room has a sofa, a coffee table made of glass, TV and various cabinets, dining table and chairs, air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, electric stove, kettle, microwave, cutlery and crockery. Everything necessary in general. There is also an iron, ironing board, washing machine. The Internet is connected for a fee. From each room there is an exit to the balcony.
The complex has a very large swimming pool, and a jacuzzi on the rooftop.
There are various shops, supermarkets, markets, bus stop, pharmacy and the exchange office near. The sea is only 3 minutes walk away. 300 meters away one of the most luxurious yacht-wharves in Bulgaria "Marina Dinevi" is located.
