Небольшой комплекс находится в нижней части города, прямо около моря, что делает пляжный отдых легкодоступным для гостей. Если учесть специфику размещения города у подножья гор, часто в Святом Власе прогулка к морю может быть довольно утомительной.

Квартира обставлена красивой мебелью и создает атмосферу домашнего проживания. В апартаменте 4 спальных места, что позволит комфортно проживать  семье с детьми.  Удачное расположение комплекса решает все транспортные проблемы, поскольку вся инфраструктура курорта в пешей доступности. До центра не более 8 минут. Также рядом расположены многочисленные магазины и рестораны.
