Location:
New and cozy studio apartment is located at the resort of St Vlas. The main advantages of the apartment are new furniture, a spacious terrace with beautiful sea views, gated hotel with a large swimming pool and located only 50 metres from a sandy beach! It is perfect for a comfortable stay of 2-3 people! The house is located in a quiet, well-developed area of Sveti Vlas and 10 minutes from the yacht port. Across the street is a small vegetable shop and a supermarket. The sandy beach has sunbeds and parasols, and a free area is 50 m from the house. Public transport is 10 minutes from the house. Burgas Airport is 40 km away.

The studio apartment has an area of 35 sq.m. and consists of a large room with kitchenette, a small hallway and a bathroom with shower, a spacious terrace. It is furnished with a sofa bed, a folding single bed, a double wardrobe, a dining table and chairs. The kitchenette is fitted with washing machine, large refrigerator. There are all necessary utensils for cooking. The terrace has plastic furniture. The apartment features cable TV with 120 channels and unlimited Wi-Fi.
The studio apartment is located on the 4th floor. The building features an elevator.
