This is a great option for those looking for a relaxing vacation steps away from the beach. It is perfect for a comfortable summer vacation with a child.
This studio apartment is located in the gated Helios Apartcomplex. The property is beautiful and offers a high quality. It consists of six buildings, each with two exits: to the street and to the grounds of the complex. Each building is equipped with an elevator. The property is located in the southern area of Sveti Vlas, just 150 meters from the sea, 900 meters from the yacht club of VIP class and 7 km from the old Nesebar.
This cozy and spacious studio apartment is equipped as follows: built-in kitchenette with everything necessary for cooking (stove, kettle, big fridge, utensils), air-conditioning, washing machine, furniture (two sofas, dining table with chairs, wardrobe with mirror), bathroom with shower. Plastic furniture is provided on the terrace.
