Панорамная дорожка спускается от комплекса вниз к песчаному пляжу перед комплексом Монастырь, а оттуда и к известной яхт-пристани, к центру гурме-удовольствия и ночной жизни в Св.Влас.

Все апартаменты ДОЛЬЧЕ ДЕЛЮКС имеют вид на морской горизонт. Обставлены в белых и теплых цветах, атмосфера здесь настраивает гостя на море, лето и приключения. Комплекс предлагает открытый бассейн с террасой и чудесным панорамным видом на залив, новый а-ля-карт ресторан, охраняемый паркинг, близость к всей благоустроенной территория Диневи Ризорт и к центру Св.Влас.
