In the neighboring complex "Garden of Eden" supermarket, restaurants, tennis court, football pitch. To public transport 5 minute walk. To the center of Sveti Vlas, 15 minutes ' walk away. A 15-minute walk along the seafront Marina Dinevi with restaurants, clubs and entertainment.
The beach is a 5 minute walk through the property. The beach is sandy (bulk), free and paid area with sun loungers and parasols.
