Short description

Сдается двухкомнатная квартира, расположенная на 4 этаже и в 160 м от моря. Квартира очень светлая и уютная, состоящая из гостиной, совмещенной с кухней, спальни и санузла. В гостиной есть диван (раскладывающийся), журнальный столик, телевизор, обеденный стол и стулья, выход на балкон с которого открывается потрясающий вид на море. Из кухни тоже есть выход на балкон. В спальне установлена двуспальная кровать, туалетный столик с зеркалом, шкаф. В кухонном блоке присутствует чайник, тостер, микроволновая печь, варочная поверхность, вытяжка, холодильник и стиральная машина. В апартаменте есть второй комплект белья и сменные полотенца, кухонный инвентарь, посуда, кастрюли, утюг, гладильная доска, ТВ, WI-FI (за отдельную плату), нет фена. Во всех комнатах есть кондиционер. В комплексе нет бассейна, но есть парковка и дворик для барбекю.  Бесплатно предоставим детскую кроватку. Маркет 24/24, обмен валют, аптека находятся в 150 м от комплекса; в районе 200 м большой выбор баров, ресторанов и кафе, порт « Марина Диневи» находится в 500 м от комплекса.
