Short description

Двухкомнатная квартира в шикарном комплексе Камбани 1. Апартамент расположен на 2 этаже. Сам комплекс находится на расстоянии 270 м от пляжа. Квартира очень просторная, без лишней мебели, все самое необходимое.  В гостиной, которая по обычаю совмещена с кухней, есть обеденный стол со стульями, телевизор с тумбой под ним, не большой комод, диван и кухонный блок. В кухонном блоке предоставлена для вашего пользования следующая техника: тостер, чайник, варочная поверхность, вытяжка, кофеварка, стиральная машина, холодильник, микроволновая печь. В гостиной установлен кондиционер. Из гостиной можно выйти на балкон, там установлена летняя мебель, вечерами можно проводить здесь время, наблюдая закат. С балкона, кстати, видно великолепный двор с бассейнами и прилегающую к комплексу территорию, ну и конечно же море. В этом апартаменте есть все необходимое: сменное белье, полотенца, кухонный инвентарь, посуда, кастрюли, утюг, гладильная доска, телевидение с русскими каналами; фен не предусмотрен, WI-FI оплачивается отдельно. Предоставим при необходимости детскую кроватку, бесплатно.  В комплексе 2 бассейна и ресторан, есть парковка. В 30 м от комплекса расположен магазин и порт «Марина Диневи» с множеством ресторанов. Медпункт находится в 1 км от комплекса, аптека в 500 м. Обмен валют расположен в 500 м. Улица "Цар Симеон" тоже в 500 м, на ней расположено множество магазинов с качественной болгарской одеждой и другими товарами, а так же пиццерии, кафе и бары с ресторанами.
