Стильная трехкомнатная квартира на 4 этаже комплекса Blue Waters, находящегося в шаговой доступности – 100 м от моря.  Апартамент обставлен богатой и качественной мебелью. Кухня совмещена с гостиной и гармонирует с преобладающими цветами гостиной, так как тоже белая. В гостиной установлен кожаный, стеганый диван с 2 пуфами и кофейным столиком, плазменный телевизор с тумбой, обеденная зона со столом и четырьмя стульями и кухонный блок. В кухонном блоке есть посуда, кастрюли, кухонный инвентарь и следующая техника: чайник, варочная поверхность, вытяжка, холодильник, стиральная машина. В первой спальне установлена двуспальная кровать с тумбами шкаф с зеркальными дверцами, телевизор. Во второй спальне есть две односпальные кровати с тумбами, туалетный столик с зеркалом и телевизор с тумбой. В ванной комнате установлена ванна. Из гостиной и одной их спален есть выход на балкон с летней мебелью, в каждой комнате установлен кондиционер. В апартаменте есть сменное постельное белье, полотенца, утюг с гладильной доской, телевидение с русскими каналами, нет фена. WI-FI оплачивается отдельно. В комплексе есть большой бассейн с детской, мелкой зоной, паркинг. В 5 минутах ходьбы от комплекса есть круглосуточный маркет с кулинарией и детским питанием, обмен валют и аптека.
