Short description

Большая трехкомнатная квартира в комплексе BlueWaters, расположенная на 3 этаже. От комплекса до моря всего 100 м.  В просторной гостиной есть угловой диван, он раскладывается, телевизор, обеденная зона со столом и стульями и кухонный блок. Далее две спальни: в первой спальне находится двуспальная кровать, комод, зеркало, во второй спальне двухэтажная детская кровать, раскладное кресло и детская кроватка для совсем маленьких, комод и зеркало. В ванной комнате установлена ванна. У апартамента есть балкон с летней мебелью. В кухонном блоке вы найдете всю необходимую технику (микроволновая печь, чайник, тостер, варочная поверхность, холодильник, стиральная машина) и кухонную утварь для готовки (посуда, кастрюли). В гостиной есть кондиционер, телевидение с русскими каналами. В апартаменте есть сменное белье, полотенца, утюг, гладильная доска. WI-FIоплачивается отдельно.  У квартиры так же есть частичный вид на море. Апартамент очень просторный и подойдет для проживания семьям с детьми. В комплексе есть большой бассейн с детской зоной и бесплатная парковка. Не далеко от комплекса расположен круглосуточный маркет, пункт обмена валют, аптека, в 30 м от комплекса есть ресторан. До торговой улочки «Царь Симеон»  170 м и порт « Марина Диневи» тоже не далеко – 300 м.
