В гостиной установлен диван и компактная стенка, есть обеденная зона и кухонный блок. В кухонном блоке присутствует следующая техника: варочная поверхность, духовой шкаф, вытяжка, холодильник. Посуда, кастрюли и кухонный инвентарь имеется, а так же гладильная доска и утюг. Предоставляется по 2 комплекта белья на одно спальное место и несколько полотенец на период аренды. В обеих спальнях установлены двуспальные кровати, вещевой шкаф и комод. В квартире два санузла с душевыми кабинами, 2 балкона. С большого, главного балкона открывается прекрасный вид на море, которое находится всего в 70 м от комплекса. В комплексе есть парковка. Площадь апартамента составляет - 105 кв.м. В 100 м от комплекса находится порт «Марина Диневи», и несколько ресторанов. Аптека и пункт обмена валют находятся в 300 м.
