Short description

Studio apartment of 40m2 on the ground floor in the area W/railway station-2 minutes and the city centre, the Cathedral of 3-4 min walking speed. The house is located in a quiet area. Private WC, kitchenette with microwave, coffee, fridge, toaster and kettle for boiling water, kitchenware. The bedroom and a sofa bed. Air conditioning. TV, Wi-Fi. Near the house is:

  • store food products (50 m);
  • restaurant-cafe where you can order Breakfast, lunch, dinner buffet and also a La carte (100 m);
  • restaurant (100 m), and fast food self service (100 m).

250 meters from the house is the stop of all buses. By bus you can get to close to the resorts of Golden Sands, Friendship, and the airport. Very easy and quick to get to all the major shopping centers of the city and Dolphinarium.

From the house is 900 metres from the Central beach of the city, the marine station, the sea garden; 300 meters from the city center, main pedestrian street and the Cathedral. 100 metres from the hotel, where you can get Spa treatments at a fairly reasonable price.

You can suggest additional activities such as scuba diving or visiting other cities that are of interest to you.
