Short description

Вилла находится всего в 300 м от одного из самых посещаемых пляжей - Кабакум, в близости от главной дороги Варна - Золотые Пески. В близости построено множество отелей, магазинов, баров и частных вилл. Всего в 3 км от места находятся одни из самых современных морских курортов Золотые Пески и Св.Константин и Елена.
Вилла располагает ухоженным, утонувшем в зелени двором с барбекю и качелями.

ВМЕСТИМОСТЬ: 8 человек.
Вилла двухэтажная, на каждом этаже по одной спальне, зал с оборудованной кухней и ванная комната.

УСЛОВИЯ:
В зале имеется раздвижной диван, удобный для размещения двух человек, а кухня оборудована всем необходимым ( плита, холодильник, микроволновая печь).
На втором этаже: одна спальня, столовая с кухонным боксом и ванная комната. Комнаты на втором этаже оборудованы кондиционерами.
Если компания больше, то в этом же дворе предлагается еще одна вилла для 6 человек (Вилла Деспа 1) и апартамент для 4 человек.
