Short description

An apartment for rent in the four-star hotel LTI BERLIN GREEN PARK, which is located on a picturesque hill in Golden Sands.

Layout: a hall with kitchenette and living area featuring 4 sleeping places with a separate bathroom and shower, a separate bedroom with a bathroom and shower (total: two bathrooms and showers), large balcony overlooking the nature reserve and the sea.

The hotel is located in the reserve, surrounded by mountains and a park with exotic plants and flowers.

Services: outdoor and indoor swimming pools with water from mineral springs, two restaurants, sauna, massage, lobby bar, gym, tennis court, meeting room, entertainment for kids and adults, private beach, parking, and free shuttle bus to the beach every 30 minutes (for those who don’t want to walk to the beach or are too lazy to go 10 minutes to the sea).

If you want, you can order Ultra All Inclusive of BGN 45 (about EUR 20 per day for 5 meals a day with alcoholic drinks). Kids under 12 receive 50% discount for food. You can pay separately for breakfast, lunch or dinner (conveniently if you go on tour for a day, for example).
