The layout of the apartment: a living room with kitchenette and exit to the main balcony with views of the sea and the pool, a bedroom with private balcony, hallway, and bathroom. No walk-through rooms. The apartment is on two sides of the building. The apartment has fitted and fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils. The living room has a sofa, TV cabinet and TV. The bedroom comes with bedroom set. The hallway has a mirror with a wardrobe and cabinet for shoes. Sanitary unit equipped with plumbing, shower cabin, water heater.

Description of the complex: beautiful and cozy holiday complex, located just 300 metres from the sea and 150 metres from the town centre. The complex is suitable for seasonal recreation and for living.
