Short description

Новая элитная вилла в 3 км от пляжа и курортного комплекса Албена. Озелененный двор площадью 1000 кв.м. с большим бассейном, 5 местным профессиональным джакузи. Из всех комнат открывается невероятная морская панорама к мысу Калиакра, заливам Балчика и Кранево.

ВМЕСТИМОСТЬ: 8-10 человек.

Состоит из: 4х спален, 4х ванных комнат, гостиной с кухней, 2х застекленных балконов.

УСЛОВИЯ:
Вилла оборудована кондиционерами, охранной системой, спутниковым ТВ, интернетом WI-FI, панорамные окна с внутренними венецианскими жалюзи и внешними PVC жалюзи. Кухня итальянская со всей техникой- микроволновая печь, кофеварка, встроенная стиральная машина, двухдверный холодильник со встроенным ледогенератором. В зале мягкая мебель, домашний кинотеатр, рабочий угол с большим офис-бюро.

Во дворе имеется небольшой гостевой домик с одной спальней и ванной комнатой. Для компании больше 8 человек можем предоставить надуваемую кровать или 2 дополнительные складывающиеся кровати, подходящие для детей и взрослых.
