The first room is a bedroom with a folding sofa; the second room is a living room with a kitchenette (with a folding sofa as well). Additionally, a folding bed can be put there.

The flat has bathroom fitments, a washing machine, a built-in kitchen, tableware, an ironing board, an iron, furniture, air-conditioning, Internet, satellite TV. There is a swimming pool, barbecue, green area at the territory.
