Three-bedroom duplex apartment (180 sq.m) featuring a terrace is offered for rent in White Coast Holiday Complex near Balchik and Kavarna (Bulgaria). Private beach, sun beds, and parasols are offered on site free of charge. One or two underground parking lots are also offered free of charge. Two swimming pools (for kids and adults). Slope for boats. Fenced secured area. Near are three golf courses (3-7 km) and tennis courts. Therapeutic muds and mineral springs Tuzlata are 1.5 km away.

The building offers an access to the roof.
The property includes two bathrooms (one with a shower on the first level; the other with a bathtub on the second level) and a washing machine. The living room has a ceiling about 4 m high, a wine cabinet, one large and one small refrigerator, two TVs and a DVD player, a microwave oven, a toaster, and a washing machine. Bed linen and beach towels are provided free of charge.
The first level includes two bedrooms; the second level includes one bedroom.
All rooms are air-conditioned. 10% discounts for a stay from one month are provided. Parking is included into the price.
