Short description

Two-room apartment situated on the first floor of the complex. 700 meters down the main street is the sea. A supermarket is across the road. The Bank and the city centre is a 5 — minute walk away. To the stadium — 3 minutes walk. There you can play for a small fee in football (4 leva), tennis and free to run. A very peaceful place. We've blacked out all the Windows, the effect is great and the street the apartment is not visible, mirror. The Windows offer views of the sea. Even in the heat cool, it is not necessary to use air conditioning (so the sun only in the morning), but air conditioning is present. Both rooms have access to a private terrace where you can eat at the table. No dampness, though, and the first floor, 100%! Wi-Fi and satellite TV are paid separately by the house.

ATTENTION!

1. Check in from 14.00 to 23.00. On request it is possible to check in the apartment before this time from 07.00 am of the current day, depending on employment, after coordination and confirmation with the landlord.

2. Check-out time is until 12.00. In case of delay of departure extra charge for full night stay.

3. Internet and TV are paid separately, 1 Lev per day. Final cleaning EUR 15 paid guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited! With Pets is also prohibited.

4. All summer long we will live and reside in the town of Byala, help than necessary. There is a Shuttle from Varna airport 60 Lev from Bourgas airport for 70 Lev.
