Short description

For rent one bedroom apartment on the sixth floor, on the first line in Byala, Varna region (Bulgaria). The apartment can accommodate up to five people with children. The apartment has a full kitchen with all necessary, bedroom, balcony with a gorgeous sea view. Bedroom — two single beds, large wardrobe, bedside table. In the living room — the big angular folding sofa, armchair-bed, table-book, a curbstone for the TV. Each room has air conditioning. Glass Windows are covered with tinted, now the sunlight reflected off the glass. The beach is 300 metres away, 3-5 minute walk. The beach is sandy with a gentle descent to the sea. There is also the possibility to rent a car for 25 euros a day.

In the complex — large swimming pool, children's pool. The area closed. Shops, supermarkets, banks and cafes within walking distance. Possible transfer from the airport of Varna — 60 lion, and from Burgas airport— 70 Lev.

ATTENTION!

1. Check in from 14.00 to 23.00. On request it is possible to check before the specified time 06.00 the current day, depending on employment, after coordination and confirmation with the landlord.

2. Check-out time is until 12.00. In case of delay of departure extra charge for full night stay.

3. Internet (1 Lev per day) and TV (10 Lev per month) are paid separately. Guests pay a final cleaning fee of EUR 15. Smoking is strictly prohibited! With the students is also strictly prohibited.
