It is situated on the last 4th floor (with elevator) of a cozy aparthotel (only 20 apartments), 350-400 m from the central beach and 200-250 m from the centre of Byala, where are all the shops (food, fish, meat, wine, vegetable, fruit markets, beach, bank, exchange office, library, coffee-shop, pharmacy, clinic, post office, restaurants, playgrounds, parks).

The studio apartment is bright, with an entrance hall (wardrobe with hangers, drawers, shelf, dresser). Clean bathroom, shower cabin with high tray, with sliding doors, water heater, floor heating, mechanical ventilation. Fitted kitchen with dining area (breakfast bar with 2 high chairs + wooden table with 4 chairs). For sleeping: 2 fold-out sofas for 2 persons, one of them is a corner sofa 180x200 cm (inside is a compartment for bed sheets, pillows, blankets), another is a folding double chair 160x200 cm. Appliances: cooktop, cooker hood, electric kettle, washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, TV (on the table with 4 compartments for colthes). Wi-Fi Internet. Blackout curtains create darkness even during the day. The apartment features all the utensils, tableware, glass, cutlery, etc., as well as towels and bed sheets.

The property features a swimming pool, well-groomed fenced area. There is a stadium, a gym, sports and entertainment. Parking is free of charge.
