Short description

The apartment is located in a new building on the 3rd floor. The property is 200 metres from the beach, about 70 meters is stair descent. Near the house is free Parking. The apartment consists of hallway, separate kitchen, combined bathroom, living room with balcony and bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed for two, bedroom with bed for one person. A cot and highchair are available by arrangement.

In the hallway with a washing machine, boiler for hot water and refrigerator. In the kitchen there is all necessary furniture, appliances and utensils. The balcony has a small table and chairs. The house is not equipped with an Elevator.

The downstairs apartment for rent-Studio (also a triple). If you wish you can book both apartments. The price is discussed.
