Short description

Villa Romana is part of the club resort Royal Club Victoria. Consisting of resort hotels "Royal Park", "Royal Bay", residential complexes "Atrium", "Andalusia" and "Villa Romana", and apart-hotel "Negresco". And right next to the "Villas Romana" - a five-star "Royal castle" flagship resort, working year-round, is located. The size of the resort Royal Club Victoria is 800 hectares (!), it is a small independent resort with a rich infrastructure! The entire area inside which the "Villa Romana" is situated, is fenced and guarded. Access to outsiders is restricted and possible only for a fee. The owners of apartments in the "Villa Romana" use the whole infrastructure of the resort, and it includes:
1. The water-park is 70 metres away from the villas, it is large, has modern attractions;
2. Bowling (modern equipment) — 7-minute walk;
3. 10 restaurants, including 4 within 2 minutes walking distance from any of the houses. Among them there is a great Italian restaurant, we recommend!
4. Numerous pools, including right in Villa Romana complex near Negresco Hotel. And a year-round indoor pool in Royal castle 5** Hotel, 100 m from the Villa Romana.
5. Surf-club, water parachute, water skiing — on the beach, 400 m from the villas
6. Concert hall — Amphitheater, 250 meters from the villas
7. Night club — very decent by its interior and equipment, 420 meters from the villas. A couple of bars.
8. Modern SPA centres, one of which is 450 meters from the villas, and the other is a year round SPA center in Royal Castle Hotel, 100 m. from the villas (pool and 5 saunas + "rain track"). For example: March 2012 - the SPA is open, the price of the visit 16 euros without a time limit!
For rent two bedroom apartment in one of the villas opposite the water-park, the kitchen is fully equipped, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, balcony, can accommodate 2 plus 2. Price per apartment per night, long-term rental discounts are possible. This is a unique place with its climate and service!
