5 steps to the beach! Studio apartment is offered for rent for the summer season from May to August. The apartment is located in a gated complex Privilege Fort Beach, Elenite. Beachfront location — a 1-minute walk to the beach through the complex. The perfect resort destination for families with children, by location it is a combination of sea and mountains. Complete security and privacy from the busy resort areas but with everything for a relaxing and rewarding stay.
The studio apartment includes one room and a kitchenette. Furniture: double sofa + full-sized sofa bed and a single folding bed. Wardrobe and chest of drawers. Dining table, chairs. The terrace has a small table and two chairs for relaxing. The bathroom has a shower stall.
Appliances: electric oven and hob, refrigerator, electric kettle and toaster. Dishes and cutlery. Iron and clothes dryer. Satellite TV. Internet (for extra cost). Utility payments for the consumed water and electricity on the counters are paid separately. Bed linen and towels are provided. The room is air-conditioned. The windows overlook the mountains to the north-east. Beautiful views. It is a non-solar side, by day you can do without air-conditioning.
On site: three swimming pools (one for children and one with different depth and water jets for hydro massage), restaurant, playground and sports ground (tennis court).
