Furnished one-bedroom apartment (for 4 persons) with an area of 54 sq.m. for rent on the 3rd floor of 6-storey new luxury apartment complex Villa Astoria 1 from the owner in the picturesque resort town of Elenite. The resort is situated in a valley covered with pine forest and rolling to the miles of sandy beach — all this creates a unique climate, unique combination of sea and mountain air streams. This is Bulgaria's southern coast, sheltered from cold winds and currents of the Balkan mountain range.
The complex on the beachfront is located just 70 meters from the magnificent sandy beach (2 min. walk along the path with blooming roses).
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and sitting area, a bathroom, a hallway and a large balcony. It features all the necessities because we equipped it for ourselves. Lamps, curtains and blinds on the windows, paintings create the comfort. Everything is new and in perfect condition!
Near the complex is a bus stop (buses and taxis to Sunny Beach, St Vlas, Nessebar and Bourgas), supermarket and mini market, shopping arcade, pharmacy, restaurants, bars. Within walking distance of all resort infrastructure: water park, amphitheater, shops, playgrounds and child centers, currency exchange offices, medical and Spa centres, massage parlours, saunas, pharmacies, hairdresser, discos, tennis court, water sports, car and Segway rentals, amusements, tour desks, boat trips.
