Prepayment is an amount of the first payment; a Guest pays it on the website. It is usually equal to the amount of 'non-refundable deposit'. In case the Host cannot accept the money on the spot, the Host sets 100% prepayment, so as, after Guest's arrival, to receive all the money from V.P.U.T. company. This does not affect the amount of non-refundable deposit.

Apartment description:

Kitchen: fridge, microwave oven, all the necessary utensils, a cooker can be provided.
Bedroom: 1 double bed and two folding chairs.
Other electronics: TV, air conditioning, alarm service, boiler for water heating.

Complex description:

Geography: town of Lozenets, 65 km south from Burgas. On the seacoast near the Central Beach (70 km from Burgas Airport, 200 km from Varna Airport).
On-site inexpensive restaurant (set lunch for 4-5 euros).
Swimming pool with children's swimming area.
Children's playground

Description of surrounding infrastructure:

Shops and market within walking distance.
Shopping mall and amusement park within walking distance.
The Central Beach.

Additional options:

The shuttle service from the airport to the complex (Burgas – 40 euros, Varna – 100 euros, Istanbul – 200 euros).
Rent a car Skoda Octavia 2.0 TDI wagon, automatic transmission with air conditioning (25 euros per day).
Rent Citroen ZX 2.0 hatchback, automatic transmission (15 euros per day).

I will be very happy to advise on any questions (including questions on the visa).

If necessary, I will be able to meet the guest personally, as I spend the summer in the complex.
