One-bedroom apartment for rent in Nessebar, 180 meters from the sea. The apartment is located in a quiet area, no one hinders you from sleeping at night. There is a swimming pool. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with appliances, located on the 4th floor.
Sleeping arrangements: double bed, single bed, armchair, double sofa. Fitted kitchen (refrigerator, microwave oven, cooker, oven) and washing machine available. Bathroom: shower, WC, sink. The apartment is air-conditioned. There is a balcony overlooking the pool.
The property is situated within walking distance of Nessebar and its famous old town, restaurants, discos. The other direction — Ravda, entertainment, bars, restaurants. Also nearby is one of the largest water parks in Bulgaria — Nessebar — with free shuttle buses. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. The sandy beach is free of charge, but sunbeds and umbrellas are paid.
The apartment features Internet. Rent for any period of time, preferably long-term (for a summer). A maximum of 4 people. Discounts when renting for a long term. Utilities included when accommodating two people. Three or four people — water and electricity are paid by guests.
