4-room apartment for rent in Nessebar (Bulgaria) for the summer season.
The apartment has an area of 120 sq.m and consists of a large hallway, separate kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms with toilets.
The apartment is fully equipped with furniture and appliances.
Each room has a TV-set with cable TV, WiFi Internet.
The location of the apartment: east-west, on the attic floor of a 5-storeyed brick building with an elevator. The street is quiet with gardens on the west (one bedroom with terrace and the large shower room overlook the gardens).
The hall offers large panoramic windows, the kitchen and the second bedroom (with a separate kitchenette) overlook east towards the old Nessebar and the marina. All balconies offer sea views, they face the bay of Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas.
The apartment is located very conveniently for tourists: the kids beach is a 5-minute walk away, the southern urban beach of Nessebar is a 10-minute walk away, and the southern beach of Sunny Beach is a 15-minute walk away.
The morning sun wakes you up to walk to the beach, and after dinner, the hall, the large kitchen and the eastern bedroom with balconies offer a pleasant rest in the shade.
There are shops and a beauty salon on the ground floor, and near are plenty of cafes and restaurants.
A 5-minute walk from the Luna Park and 10 minutes from the old town of Nessebar.
Bed linen, towels are changed every 5-6 days.
Transfer from Bourgas Airport to Nessebar and return is free of charge.
The on-site parking is also free of charge.
Minimum period: 5 days.
