We offer for rent 10 apartments with one bedroom, located on 1-4 floors of 5 storied residential building club type (35 apartments). The building has an Elevator.

Complex "Pomorie residence" is located on the second line, about a 20-25 minute walk from the center of Pomorie. The territory is ennobled by the example of parkland with lawn and trees. An outdoor pool with sun terrace, BBQ area with all utensils, barbecue, cable TV, Wi-Fi.

The nearest beach is just 200 metres away, opposite the 5* hotel SunSetResort. Near the final stop of public transport, shops, restaurants, vegetable shops. 5 minutes walk – sunset Park (open in July 2016)

The airport of Burgas, Sarafovo is 10 km away.

One-bedroom apartment (2+2) overlooking the Park area, on floors 1-4 5-storey building. Equipped kitchen, (hob, microwave oven, electric kettle, kitchen utensils), a dining area, fridge, washing machine, boiler, TV, air conditioning. In the living room — a folding sofa. Bedroom — with two single beds or with double beds.

The bathroom comes with a shower.
