Short description

Bright studio apartment in an elite residential complex. You can see and hear the sea from the windows, and you can walk to the sandy beach in four minutes. There are paid beaches with umbrellas and sun loungers, there is a free zone.

The house has a beautiful swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers, a sauna, a playground, a communal grill and a gazebo. Another playground is near the beach with a sea view.

Within walking distance there are shops, a pharmacy, children's attractions and restaurants. The location is ideal: 7 minutes by car from the airport, 20 minutes from Burgas, five minutes from the center of Pomerania. A 10—minute walk to the water park.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking.

We have provided towels, tea, coffee and vegetable oil for you. Washing machine with fast washing mode.

There is an elevator in the house, but one flight of stairs needs to be taken by stairs.

A great place for a relaxing holiday with your family. Nearby there is an embankment for morning jogging or evening walks.
