Short description

Villa Livia is a luxurious hotel area that is situated at Ravda resort, 50 m from the beach. You can walk to the nearest bus stop and to the city center in 2 minutes.

There is an elite restaurant with unique cuisine, outdoor courtyard near the restaurant, lobby bar, elevator, a wine bar and children's playground at the hotel. 10% discount in the restaurant for all our guests.

A three-room apartment (two bedrooms, sitting-room, 3 furnished terraces, 2 bathrooms with shower, hair dryer) is for rent. The apartment is equipped with kitchen set (electric oven, kettle, microwave oven, fridge, tableware), table, LCD-TV-set with cable television, three air-conditioners. Sea view.

The price will be lower if less than 6 people are to accommodate.
Check-in time is after 13.00.
Check-out time is till 12.00.
If we are able to, we can receive visitors 2 hours earlier. If necessary, our guests may check out 2 hours later.
The price includes breakfast (from 21.05 to 15.09).
The rooms have free Internet access.
Cleaning - every day.
Linen change - once in five days.
There is free parking, a lift.
Guests cannot be more than specified. Children are allowed.
