Short description

Penthouse is 298 sq. m total area. It is located on the 6-th floor. On two levels:
First floor - sitting room and dining-room, bedroom, bathroom, hall, two terraces overlooking two sides: sea and mountains.
Second floor - bedroom and bathroom, large panoramic terrace with very beautiful sea, city and mountain view. The terrace has covered veranda and summer kitchen.
Apartments are in VIP class complex. There is large swimming pool with children's section, children's playground, recreation area (loungers and umbrellas), and cafe on the complex territory. There are cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, attractions within several steps and a big waterpark within 500 m in Ravda. Ravda is situated 1 km from Nessebar that is cultural heritage of Bulgaria and is protected by UNESCO. 20 m from the beautiful beach.
