Short description

My own apartment for rent in Bulgaria, village of Ravda (Nessebar municipality).

Bourgas Airport is less than an hour away by car. If necessary, you can agree in advance on the meeting and low-cost transfer to the apartment.

Cozy apartment in the apart-hotel, 4th floor (elevator). The sea is 350 meters away.

The apartment has two rooms:
1 room: living room + kitchen block. Bed — corner-sofa.
2 rooms: separate bedroom, beds: two single beds, which if necessary can easily be pulled together.

Large balcony. Exits to the balcony are from both rooms.

Bathroom: WC, shower cabin, water heater, sink, mirror.

The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for living. There is air conditioning, TV, wired Internet. Provides all the essential storage systems.

The sea is about 350-400 meters away. No more than ten minutes leisurely walk.

Guarded territory, on site pool only for residents and their guests.

The apartment is perfect for a small family.

Next to vegetable/fruit shops, restaurants with tasty, healthy cuisine.

Good transport links (Burgas, Sunny beach, Nessebar, etc.). For example, Nessebar (old museum town) can be reached by bus in 7 minutes and for 2 leva (about 1 Euro).
Within walking distance of the SPA complex.
Half-hour drive to the water park.

Accommodates two, maximum three persons.
