Short description

The studio apartment is located in a 10-minute walk from a magnificent sandy beach. The beach is free, but parasols and sunbeds are paid. There are sports facilities near the beach (50m)

Nearby is the main street with cafes and restaurants, shops and playgrounds. 200 meters away there is a  5-star holiday complex Emerald with spa, massage rooms, etc.

It is perfect for those who prefer peace and quiet. The house is in a quiet location, close to lots of greenery. Since the house has only 20 apartments, there are few people, and no noise. There is a small pool on the site, fenced area, the place is absolutely safe.

Nice intelligent neighbors. Very cozy and comfortable. A wonderful environment for rest and relaxation.
